I just love the farmer’s market in this county. It’s small, yes. But the prices are reasonable and it’s all locally grown produce. I’m not so much of a fan of “farmer’s markets” that sell bananas in October in MI. Because, obviously, bananas don’t grow in MI. Ever. Let alone in October. My one exception for this rule is the Soulard in St. Louis. A small piece of my soul resides there, I’m pretty sure.
I digress. I gave myself a $10 limit today, just to see how much loot I could get for under that amount. I spent $9.65 and got:

In other news, it’s chilly outside! As in high of 66 degrees today. Bring on the fall. I’m trying to embrace the coming season and all of the things that I love about it (apples, cinnamon, pumpkin, spice cookies, cider, crisp air, cooler running temps….) as opposed to focusing on the impending winter. Because….well. I’m just not ready for snow quite yet. I’ll get there, though. I will.
