Pepperoni Breakfast Skillet

Nothing like an easy, tasty, wonderful Sunday morning brunch. Make this. Right now.

First, start frying a pan of hash browns. It’s very simple: olive oil+hash browns. Don’t let them burn. Season with salt and pepper.

Next, start a pan of toppings. I used pepperoni, onions, and mushrooms. Sautee in olive oil; season with oregano.

When the hash browns are done, mix in the toppings.

Finally, cook an egg however you’d like. My personal preference today was over-easy. Plate it up with the egg on top and enjoy!
