October was a good month. Most of it was spent sitting on the couch and not walking, but I survived. Phew. On to bigger and better (and more mobile) things!
In October, I canned apples.
Other than that, I didn’t cook much, but have big plans for November. I love the holidays!
I learned how to knit. Now I want to procure some circular needles so that I can do more awesome stuff.
I went to two weddings.
I ditched my cast, and traded it in for a walking boot.
I didn’t learn about soaking beans, but I intend to become great at it next month. Cooking on a budget, anyone?
