Spicy Garlic Greek Yogurt Dip

It’s one of our goals to start eating more vegetables. They’re full of nutrients and all around good for you. And while goals like this one are important, let’s be honest–raw vegetables on their own can get a bit dull and boring. You need a little something to spice them up.

Give this Greek yogurt dip a try! It would work great as a chip dip as well, but please reference the above paragraph. Dip cucumbers, peppers, carrots, celery, radishes–whatever floats your boat! If you’re not sure about the spicy factor, cut down on the amount of cumin and cayenne. If you like this really hot, add some more! This is a fully customizable dip, and you can’t mess it up.

Put yogurt into a bowl, add spices, and stir. Let it chill for a couple of hours before serving. It’s a great dip to keep in your fridge for easy snacking or to double and bring to a potluck or cookout. All in all–easy, cool, refreshing, and perfect for summer.
