What a delightful weekend it’s been! I’ve been in Indiana since Friday, reconnecting with dear friends over meals and coffee dates. It’s been 5 years since I moved to Winona Lake, meeting many of these friends at the “Welcome, interns!” Labor Day potluck. When I moved here, I was planning on staying for my 10 month internship, and then moving on with my life (thank you very much). Little did I know I would stay for 3 full years, grow so much, and count many of those same people as dear, lifelong friends.
