How easy are burritos? Seriously easy. I don’t know why I haven’t made them before. They are officially added to my rotation of quick, weeknight dinners.
A quick google search led me to this recipe. Bada bing, bada boom! Dinner is served.
Toppings: leftover enchilada sauce, shredded cheese, and green onions, with salsa and sour cream for dipping. All that was missing was a bit of guacamole. Note for next time. Burritos call for avocados.
