Everyone needs a good recipe for a nice, fluffy roll. I struck it rich on my first try and found the perfect recipe. No need to go searching elsewhere. This is where it’s at. My Kitchen Addition has a recipe for the be all, end all dinner roll.
These rolls are simple, light, and fluffy. The dough isn’t fussy. While you can’t rush it, you can leave it rising longer than the recipe states, just in case you can’t seem to get the rest of dinner done as timely as you thought you’d be able to. It’s alright. These rolls will wait. Patiently.
After the dough rises, you punch it down and let it rise again. Once it is sufficiently risen, grab hunks of dough and form them into balls.
So easy. I made 12 rolls this size. Bake them! Just like the recipe says.
Serve warm. With a generous amount of butter. Feeling creative? Make fancy butter!
