Sourdough Crackers

Whenever I make sourdough bread, I have approximately 3 cups of starter left over. One cup is designated for saving for the next batch, and then I have 2 to do something else with. If I don’t have the time, energy, or inclination, these two cups of sourdough goodness get dumped down the drain.

And then the sourdough fairies cry.

Well, friends. No longer. I have discovered sourdough crackers. And it was really an easy process.

Mix. Knead. Roll. Cut. Bake. Consume.

They almost taste like pita chips. Dip them in whatever your favorite chip dip is, or eat them straight up. You really can’t go wrong with this crunchy, little cracker.

We’re no longer interested in pizza from anywhere but our own kitchen!
