Because I like nothing more than a great breakfast, Cara and I made breakfast. A great breakfast. We made eggs benedict and coffee cake. And put pinot in our orange juice. We turned to Joy of Cooking to guide us on our path to success. Hollandaise and poaching eggs is involved if you’ve never done it before, but it’s totally worth it. I promise.
