Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Most favorite. To the extent that I often make breakfast foods for other meals.

I tend to fall into breakfast trends. In the winter, that trend is often oatmeal with a sliced banana, a big spoonful of peanut butter, cinnamon, and almonds (if I have them). I just can’t make myself eat a heavy breakfast in the summers. It’s too hot. So, I’ve started making eggs and toast with a handful of berries (or a banana or some watermelon) on the side. Carbs + Protein + Fruit = Perfect summer breakfast.
This is my favorite way to eat an egg. If you know what it’s called, please do let me know. There has been some debate as to the answer to that question.
