Lunch today rocked. I love pizza! Ordering in can get expensive (for just one person) and, depending on what you like, may not be very healthy. Check this out:
For the crust, I use multigrain wraps from Aldis. However, any multigrain/whole wheat wrap will do. Slather some pizza/pasta sauce on. My toppings for this time around are mozzarella, diced onions, peppers, tomatoes, bit of parmesan, and some random spices.
Bake in the oven at 375 for 10ish minutes (based on my toaster oven. If you’re a big girl and use a real oven, temp and time may vary slightly). Voila!
The best part is it’s small and makes 2 servings. I eat half when I make it, save half as leftovers. Experiment! Try different toppings. The world is your oyster. Or the wrap is your pizza. Or something.
